About the Chef
My name is Cameron Jones
Cooking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. With my mom working long hours, I found myself in the kitchen early learning, experimenting, and discovering how food could bring comfort and connection to the people around me.
​
At 17, I got my first restaurant job and immediately fell in love with the energy of the kitchen line. The pace, the creativity, the pressure, the teamwork—it all felt natural to me. That passion eventually led me to Johnson & Wales University, where I was able to sharpen my skills and learn the technical side of culinary arts.
​
Over the years, I’ve worked in and managed a variety of restaurants, gaining experience across different styles of cooking, leadership, and hospitality. In 2015, I stepped into entrepreneurship and co-founded Ndulge Catering. That business meant a lot to me; it was something I truly poured myself into. Although the partnership eventually came to an end, the experience deepened my love for creating food experiences that people remember.

What inspires me most is the freedom to create. I enjoy exploring different cultures through food and challenging myself with new flavors, techniques, and ideas. I’ve never wanted to stay inside one box or limit myself to one style of cooking. My menus are designed to evolve with the seasons, with inspiration, and with the experiences that shape me along the way.

For me, cooking has always been personal. Whether it’s catering an event, preparing a meal for family and friends, teaching others in the kitchen, or creating something completely new, food is one of the ways I express love and care for the people around me.
I believe God gave me this gift for a reason, and Jonesn was created to share it with others through food that feels intentional, memorable, and made from the heart.
